Today I did the magic 50 from infinite intensity, after each set I did 30 seconds of skipping to help aid fat loss. I was sweating buckets at the end!!!!!
My diet was like this:
Meal 1 – Protein with water
Meal 2 – Protein with water
Meal 3 – 1 can of tuna
Meal 4 – banana and low fat yogurt
Meal 5 – 1 can of tuna
I missed dinner because I was so busy at work, I will learn from this and not make the same mistake!
Thats all for today.
ps – It’s my birthday today, but Ididn’t have any cake!

sounds like an interesting challenge. the 100 pushup challenged seems challenging as well. i started the training but stopped. for no particular reason.
